ALOR SETAR : Setelah didedahkan dengan virus zika bawaan nyamuk Aedes yang mampu menyebabkan kecacatan otak terhadap bayi, Unit Sukarelawan Nana TV dengan kerjasama komuniti penduduk Taman Setia Jaya di Alor Setar, Kedah, menganjurkan kempen kesedaran Hapuskan Nyamuk Aedes, baru-baru ini.

KEMPEN GAYANG AEDES NANA TV

Setelah didedahkan dengan virus zika bawaan nyamuk Aedes yang mampu menyebabkan kecacatan otak terhadap bayi, Unit Sukarelawan Nana TV dengan kerjasama komuniti penduduk Taman Setia Jaya di Alor Setar, Kedah, menganjurkan kempen kesedaran Hapuskan Nyamuk Aedes, baru-baru ini.

Kempen itu turut melibatkan Pejabat Kesihatan Negeri Kedah yang melibatkan unit pameran dan penceramahnya bagi menjayakan kempen kesedaran itu.
Komuniti dari Taman Setia Jaya tidak melepaskan peluang , terutama dari kalangan ibu-ibu hadir untuk kempen tersebut.

Menariknya Nana TV dapat menghimpun komuniti peserta dari pelbagai kaum yang tinggal di kawasan kejiranan terbabit seperti Melayu, Cina dan India yang mana sebelum ini jarang berlaku bagi setiap program yang dianjurkan di situ.

Sebelum sesi ceramah bermula, para peserta melakukan aktiviti senaman robik yang mana  warga emas yang  hadir turut mengambil bahagian.

Ceramah hapuskan Aedes disampaikan oleh mantan Pengarah Kesihatan Negeri Kedah Datuk Ismail Taat.

Ceramah itu menyasarkan bahaya penyakit bawaan nyamuk Aedes termasuk denggi dan virus zika.
